Who Can Join?

CashCrate allows ages 13 and up to join. According to their FAQ's "Members from the United States and other English speaking countries will have the most offers available to them, but members from other countries are welcome too." Although it seems that members outside the US really don't get much offers and or surveys so it may not be worth joining.
